Haradanahalli Doddegowda Deve Gowda better known as H. D. Deve Gowda is an Indian statesman and the 10th Prime Minister of India, from June 1, 1996 to April 21, 1997.

To kill the time while waiting at Krustyland, Apu started to name all the prime ministers of India in reverse order, while balancing a soda on his head. One of the them was H. D. Deve Gowda
