Joey is a sick young boy who works at Barney's Bowlarama.
History[edit]
Homer is required to stop working at the bowl-a-rama and starts to say good-bye to everyone. One of the people he says goodbye to is Joey, who is dressed like a shoe-shine boy. Homer says "don't worry, Joey, we'll make it to California some day" and Joey responds with "sure we will, Mr. Homer, sure we will" and coughs.[1]
