When Annie was taking her bipolar medication, she imagined the FBI agen and his co-worker talking to each other and both then turned into random characters. Later, the real FBI agent helped take down Homer in the Springfield Nuclear Power Plant.
Behind the Laughter[edit]
He is a parody of the character David Estes played by David Harewood in the TV show Homeland.
