History[edit]
Bon Idée made a televised presentation to be shown to new employees of GimmeChow where he explained how the business worked. When the company refused to pay the employees overtime, Bon Idée claimed that they were a small startup company who couldn't afford to do so. However, he then appeared on Demented Dollars with Fiscal Cliff where it was revealed that he had become a billionaire. When interviewed by Fiscal Cliff, Bon Idée said that he worked harder than anyone else at GimmeChow. This led to Marge starting a workers' union.
Bon Idée hired Homer as GimmeChow's brand ambassador to get to Marge. This led to Marge calling a strike, with all the GimmeChow workers joining in. In order to end the strike, Bon Idée went to Springfield where he revealed to the GimmeChow employees that they were all fired because they had fully automated the kitchens and were using drones to deliver food. After Homer fried all the drones by pulling a lever in the Springfield Nuclear Power Plant to cause an electromagnetic pulse, Bon Idée was run over by Fiscal Cliff's prop tank when he was reporting on GimmeChow's stocks tanking.[1]
