Bob Cratchett is a character from the Mr. McGrew Christmas TV special based on Charles Dickens' A Christmas Carol titled Mr. McGrew's Christmas Carol.

Ebenezer McGrew told Bob Cratchett that he was to work on Christmas or he'd be out of the job. Bob Cratchett then pointed out that McGrew wasn't actually looking at him when speaking.
