Lizzie Waters is a character in the TV show Thicker than Waters. She is the daughter and elder child of Patrick Waters and Mrs. Waters.

Lizzie is intelligent, yet easy-going and fun-loving. In the opening credits of Thicker than Waters, she and Sam are seen having a pillow fight in her room. Patrick then walks by in the hallway, sees the fight and joins in.
In an episode that Homer watched, Patrick stopped Lizzie from eating a lollipop, telling her that candy was bad for teeth. After a moment's thought, Lizzie countered by telling Patrick (a dentist) that if it wasn't for candy, he would be out of business.
