The Oak Ridge nuclear technician is a man who works at the Oak Ridge Nuclear Facility in Oak Ridge, Tennessee.
History
Homer talked to the man when he and Lisa decided order a new command console for Homer's work station in an attepmt to get Bart back home, who was working for a courier service after a disastrous trip to Knoxville. Although skeptical at first, the man panicked when Homer dumped Buzz Cola all over his current console, and he promptly sent Homer a new one.
