Ling Chow is the owner of The Pan-Fried Dragon, previously known as The Lonely Dragon.
History[edit]
He has a fruit stand and sells Homer a square watermelon.[1]
He comes out of his restaurant and shouts at Moe, saying that he knows that Moe has been stealing cable TV from him.[2]
Homer visited the restaurant to get drunk, where Ling Chow told his wife, Sheila Chow, to put on the act as Homer liked it. He then spoke in a stereotypical Chinese accent whilst he and his wife invited Homer in. After Homer got too drunk, they left him in a dumpster out back.[3]
