Police Commissioner Zordon is a head floating in a jar and Clancy Wiggum's boss in his vision of being a cop in the future. Wiggum reports to Zordon for his patrol assignments.
History
After Wiggum and Officer Shooty arrested Snake Jailbird for a street theft, Wiggum reported to headquarters. Zordon asked if there had been any luck in the case of who stole the rest of his body and Wiggum apologetically said there hadn't been any. Zordon then gave Wiggum his assignments for the day, and told him that due to Shooty having the weekend off because he and Wiggum's jetpack were getting married, Wiggum would be working with his former partner, an ape named Cornelius.
