Stan Lee appeared in a vision to Comic Book Guy. When Comic Book Guy asked if he's real, he said no, but the real one was currently stealing a comic book from the store. Stan Lee then gave Comic Book Guy advice on what to do when Kumiko came into the store. He then said that he can only watch and can not interfere. However, he then tried to interfere and then said that he was 90 years old and could do what he wants. Later, the real Stan Lee officiated the marriage of Comic Book Guy and Kumiko.[1]
