James Maplethorpe III (a.k.a. Jimmy Maplelog) was the owner of Keep on Dunkin 'Donuts.
History
A few days before his donut store was due to open he decides Lard Lad Donuts, which is opposite his store, will have to close their business when he opens. The same day Homer starts to work as the Lard Lad Donuts' mascot and begins to sweat in the suit but he will not give up, which irritates Maplethorpe, who wants no competitors. His employee glues on Homer's head and makes dogs chase him, but he does not give up and discovers that Keep on Dunkin 'Donuts has caused the accidents. Homer contacts Barney who thinks they can take revenge on Keep on Dunkin 'Donuts and into the night they sneak in to place lots of insects in the store. Homer discovers that their donuts are synthetic, not organic as they promised, which means that they also lie. They are discovered by Maplethorpe and he discovers that Homer and Barney know the truth about his donuts and want to detain them so commands his employee to imprison them, which they succeed in doing. However Homer and Barney manage to escape just before the opening. Outside the store a long queue has formed and they see Homer and Barney getting chased by Maplethorpe and lots of insects leave the building so decide to contact the chief Health Inspector who he closes the store.
