History
Bart decides to get a tattoo and is able to trick the Tattoo Parlor Guy into believing he is old enough to get a tattoo. He was able to almost complete the tattoo before Marge pulled Bart away. He got a heart and the word "MOTH" on Bart's arm all he need to complete it was the letters "ER".[1]
He gave Kent Brockman[2] and Tattoo Annie[3] a tattoo.
He is Marvin Monroe's younger brother. He was the test subject for Dr. Monroe's early experiments. Marvin tried to cure him from his bed-wetting problems by sending 2000 volts though his blanket, causing him to run away from home forever.[3]
He is seen (with a tan) at a parenting class.[4]
He took part in the world's tallest human pyramid record attempt.
He is later seen visiting his son in juvie.[5]
