Betty Rubble is a character on The Flintstones. She is the wife of Barney Rubble and the mother of Bamm-Bamm Rubble.
History
Betty is seen on Bart's Flintstone Phone.[1]
She is also seen on Homer's "Flintstones Fun Map".[2]
When Captain McCallister's showed Bart and Milhouse his tatto of his fourth wife Bart asked him why she looks like Betty Rubble. McCallister said that's how he liked to remember her.[3]
