Samantha Stankey first appeared the episode, "Bart's Friend Falls In Love" where she was new kid at school. She met Milhouse and they fell in love, making Bart jealous in the process. Bart calls Samantha's father and soon he catches her and Milhouse kissing in the treehouse. As a result of her relationship with Milhouse, she was taken out of Springfield Elementary by her father, and transferred to St. Sebastian's School for Wicked Girls (run by an order of French Canadian Nuns) so she would never see Milhouse again.
