Lady Justice is the personification of justice.
History
After Mr. Burns is caught dumping nuclear waste in Springfield Park, he is fined 3 million dollars. In return for the money he paid, he decides to take the Statue of Justice from the Springfield County Courthouse. Later, in the Springfield Shoppers headline photo, Smithers is seen carrying the Statue of Justice.
