The Los Souvenir Jacquitos leader is the leader of the Los Souvenir Jacquitos. He wears a Planet Hollywood jacket.
History
He and the other members of the group once challenged Grampa, the Old Jewish man and Jasper to a death race, which they lost.[1]
He once thanked Grampa for bringing prescription drugs to the Retirement Castle and gave him a jacket.[2]
He attended a town meeting about what to do with the former Springfield Meltdowns stadium. He came up with the idea to host bull fighting there, which the town agreed to do. He then helped to train Grampa to become the town's matador.[3]
He and his group attended the Green Day concert and Lisa's town meeting about Lake Springfield.[4]
He and his group were among the many old people who's eyes fell out due to a drug created from a flower.[5]
He also watched Grampa and Bart wrestle in a tag-team match.[6]
