Party Clown is Milhouse as a clown after he ended his career as Houseboy.
History[edit]
Milhouse created Party Clown when he was Houseboy after he ended his career as Houseboy. When Bartman as an adult decided to catch Numero Uno he needed Party Clown become Houseboy again.
