History[edit]

When the Simpsons were driving through Dunkilderry, Grampa was shocked to find that the quaint little town had become modernized. He then saw two "yupprechauns" walking down the sidewalk, spouting gibberish and random words. They're later seen in a bar, one of them plays with the others hand and he giggles and they look each other in his eyes.

Behind the Laughter[edit]

Grampa's word "Yupprechaun" is a portmanteau of the words "leprechaun" and "yuppie".
