The Pharm-er John's Pharmaceuticals employee is a man who works for Pharm-er John's Pharmaceuticals.

History[edit]

Marge and Lisa had snuck past security and burst into his office in order to ask him why prescription drugs were so expensive. When Lisa said that drugs don't cost as much in other countries, the man replied that in other countries "families lie on the floor and eat bugs." Lisa smugly asked what countries did that. The man asked if she'd ever been to Norway, and Lisa responded with a "no." The employee then said that they do that in Norway. He then went on to say that he personally thanks God they pay too much for drugs. Nervously, he corrects himself and says "I mean, uh, the right amount... I mean not enough!" He then turns on a video for the two and runs away. The video features Huey Lewis' single "I Want a New Drug".

Behind the Laughter[edit]

The video that plays is a modified cartoon version of the actual music video for Huey Lewis' single "I Want a New Drug".
