Margaret Hilda Thatcher, Baroness Thatcher, LG, OM, PC, FRS, née Roberts (13 October 1925 – 8 April 2013) was the longest serving Prime Minister of the United Kingdom of the 20th century and the first of only two women to hold the post, the other being Theresa May. On 8 April 2013, Margaret Thatcher died of a stroke aged 87.
