Charles "Chuck" Tamzarian is a farmer and the former owner of Sneed's Feed & Seed.

History

Chuck Tamzarian was seen outside of Sneed's Feed & Seed with his friend Al Sneed when Homer went to buy seeds. He called Homer a city-slicker for pulling up in a fancy German car. He was later seen with other farmers when they managed to grow some tall corn.
