The Christmas hobgoblin is a character in the film The Christmas That Almost Wasn't But Then Was.

History

He, along with other hobgoblins, broke into Santa's workshop. He then started singing "I Will Always Be True" to Little Bo Peep. The song apparently lasted for over two hours.
