Chester is Simon Woosterfield's butler.

History

When Bart switched life with Simon Woosterfield he told him that his butler's name is Chester. When Bart later met him, he called him Lipizzaner, getting confused with Simon's horse Shadowfax. During the switch Chester thought Simon and his friends had gone mad.
