The Worm-Eating Boy (real name unknown) was a Springfield Elementary School student who was notable for his consumption of earthworms. It is unknown if he does eat worms for a living or to get attention as he claims that his 15 minutes of fame were over when five year old Bart Simpson rose to popularity with his pranks on Principal Skinner, where he is considered to be the greatest showmen since the boy as said by Nelson Muntz.

Trivia

  • He is based on Al Jean as a child, when he ate worms as well and bares a resemblance to the boy. This was also a joke done by his show runner partner, Mike Reiss.
  • Ralph Wiggum is seen to eat worms in the Season 4 episode, "I Love Lisa", which makes worm-eating not an extraordinary habit after all.
