The wig store employee is a man who works at a wig store at the 1982 World's Fair in Knoxville, Tennessee.
History
When Bart, Milhouse, Martin and Nelson arrived at the World's Fair, they discovered that the entre fair was dilapidated and rundwon. Bart went over to a wig shop and asked the man if this was the fair's visitors centre. The man told them that the fair had happened 14 years ago, and that the Sunsphere is now supposedly the "Wigsphere". He then asked Bart if the boys were going to buy some wigs.
