Penelope Cruising is the drag queen alter ego of Julio.
History[edit]
Penelope Cruising was Mr. Burns' date for the Kennedy Center Honors. After the date, she had to give Mr. Burns a blood transfusion. Julio showed Marge pictures of this to show her that drag queens can be good.
Later, Penelope Cruising took part in a stage song and dance at Draggle Rock.
Behind the Laughter[edit]
Penelope Cruising's name is a reference to Penélope Cruz.
