Mandy is the girlfriend of Lenny Leonard.
History
Lenny brought her to the Nuclear Power Plant Sweetheart Dance. She met Carl for the first time here and Lenny started talking about Carl, which annoyed Mandy. She told Lenny to stop talking about Carl, to which Lenny responded "Why don't you ask me to stop breathing?"
