Ernie Kovacs was an American comedian and actor that play Percy Dovetonsils.
History
When the network producer tell Krusty that today’s kids are uncomfortablek iwith a clown whose every reference they have to look up on Wikipedia. Krusty answer them with Wikipedia, Twitter?, who names these things and mentioned Percy Dovetonsils. He wonder then if them get it, he tell them at he was Ernie Kovacs with a smoking jacket.
