Denis Leary is an American actor that Bart find his cell phone. Bart then prank calls people and puts Denis in films like Everybody Poops. He seems to be friends with Brian Grazer. He then told Marge to put a tracking chip in the cell phone so she always knew where Bart was. Bart found out about the tracking chip and took it out and put it on A Scarlet Tanager so he could just stay at home with no family whilst his family were in Machu Picchu.
