After Homer lost his job at the Power Plant, he found out that CarGo was hiring and applied. Antoine and Zoira liked Homer due to his abysmal driving record and his passiveness. After this interview, Homer made it through to the final stage of the application. Antoine and Zoira told everyone to sit for hours doing nothing, which Homer succeeded at doing, getting the job.
