Grifton Boozler is a rich homeless beggar in Springfield.

History

Homer saw a news report about the richest people in Springfield, which revealed that Grifton Boozler, a homeless man, ranked #245 and had a six-figure salary. Homer then decided to become a beggar to get rich as well. Homer annoyed the other beggars, leading one of them to contact Grifton Boozler. Grifton Boozler arrived and told Homer that he was making the other beggars uncomfortable, which was bad for business. He then gave Homer a stack of money to get him to stop begging.
