The French-Canadian mountain man is a man who Whitney and Jitney Spuckler brought home to the boyfriend room to practice kissing with.

History

Whitney and Jitney interrupted Bart and Mary Spuckler to use the boyfriend room. Mary said that they didn't even have boyfriends and they say that they want to practice kissing with the French-Canadian mountain man, who is still in leg shackles. He then asks "where is the whiskey" in French.
