Richard Gere is an American actor and worshipper. He is a Buddhist.

History

He play a groom in "Love is Nice" to a character played by Julia Roberts that are going to married two groom. When Homer watched the movie he tell to the crowd at she's going to wind up marrying Richard Gere. Dr. Hibbert tell then at he thought she was going to wind up with that rich snob and Sea Captain field in at he is ably played by Bill Paxton. Homer tell then at that's Bill Pullman, before someone knocks him out and he was thrown out of the movie.[1]

When Lisa Simpson became interested in another religion, Richard Gere persuaded her to become a Buddhist. When Lisa's family tries to trick her into celebrating Christmas, she runs away to Richard, who tells her that she can celebrate Christmas and other religious holidays and still remain true to Buddhism.[2]
