The Egg Council Guy is seen when Homer discovers a secret society, named the Stonecutters, with members who are his friends.
History
When Homer wanted to join the Stonecutters, Lenny and Carl informed him that the only way to join was to either be related to a member or save the life of a member. At that time Lenny was eating an egg salad sandwich which Homer grabbed out of his hands and stepped on. After he finished stomping the sandwich, Homer told Lenny that they had to let him in now, as Homer had just saved Lenny's life. He elaborated by saying that the cholesterol present in the eggs could have killed Lenny if he ate too many.
Lenny, irritated at having his lunch stepped on, told Homer that even though studies have shown eggs to be high in cholesterol, they did not contain enough to be dangerous. Homer then glared at Lenny and stated that "those Egg Council guys" had gotten to him too. Lenny nervously looked back and forth, telling Homer that wasn't true. The Egg Council guy then came out from behind a door and ran down the hall, making sqeaking noises as it went.
The Egg Council guy was later seen at the Stonecutters headquarters, singing and drinking with everyone else.
