The Nahasapeemapetilon octuplets' octuplets are the octuplets of the Nahasapeemapetilon octuplets.

History

Each of the octuplets had octuplets of their own, bringing it up to 64 children. Marge paid Apu and Manjula a visit and found out that Maggie was giving birth. Manjula asked Marge to be careful how she closed the door on the way out as it could upset the kids. As Marge shut the door, all 64 of the kids started crying.
