Biography
Dolph is recognized by his asymmetrical haircut, which covers one eye. He wears cutoff shorts and Chuck Taylor All-Stars style basketball shoes. Dolph was born on May 16 1994; he is 15 years old. He is also left-handed. Dolph's hair can appear either reddish [like Jimbo's] or dark brown. He has an unnamed father, an unnamed mother, and an unknown sister. He is a 6th grade student. Dolph attended Hebrew school, which was first shown during the 4th season episode, "Kamp Krusty." According to his profile in "24 Minutes," Dolph speaks "Spanish, German, Hebrew, Arabic, Korean, Latin, Old English, English, Klingon, and Esperanto". Dolph has 2 fathers: one is seen in The Homer They Fall. He has an eye patch and the same haircut as Dolph; he is shown next to Kearney's and Jimbo's dads.
Inspiration
Dolph was named after one of Matt Groening's classmates from Lincoln High School named Dolph Timmerman. Groening stated that Timmerman was not a bully but just a real cool guy.
Sports & Hobbies
Dolph is a player in the Mighty Pigs Pee Wee Hockey League Team. In "24 Minutes" it is revealed that Dolph's hobbies are horse riding, swimming, and stage fighting
In the Dark
Dolph is generally regarded as the most mysterious of Jimbo's group and never really has a big part now in seasons 19,20,& 21 and ones close to that he does. However Dolph is also know as the best looking out of them. He's starting to have more speaking part he could be the softest out of the group, however we have seen hes not as soft as Nelson Muntz, Kearny can be soft to so I'd say Dolph is not as soft as Kearny or Nelson. His real name is Dolph some fans have offered criticism for the show's writers, citing that in The Simpsons' nearly twenty year run, Dolph is one of very few characters to have been almost completely ignored. Dolph is also a very minor character compared to Jimbo and Kearney and he doesn't speak as much as them. However in newer seasons he tends to be speak more regularly than in the earlier episodes. He also has made quite a few speaking appearances in the 20th season. Dolph did also play a major role in 24 Minutes along with Jimbo and Kearney. Dolph is also the smartest and knows how to get away with things.
