Smitherina is a woman who is married to Monty Burns and is the neighbor of Homer and Margemary.

History

After Homer and Margemary move into a new apartment they tell their new neighbors, Monty Burns and Smitherina. Smitherina invites them to come over and drink wine one evening. Homer tells them that he will drink Margemary's wine because she is trying to get pregnant.

Burns and Smitherina tell them that they also tried to have children but failed. They've tried everything: contacting doctors, acupuncture, in vitro and praying to Satan. Margemary becomes surprised that they pray to Satan, so they explain that they worship him. Burns and Smitherina bring Homer and Margemary to their collective, where they meet their friends who also worship Satan. During the public meeting, Satan appears, and he dances with Margemary and has sex with her.
