Foxy is a character in the book Kingdom of Colorful Creatures.
History
When Homer dreamed that he was in the coloring book, he met Foxy who told Homer that he was a criminal for coloring outside of the lines. Foxy then took Homer to the Weasel King, who tasked Homer with going either to the front of the book to get the free eraser to fix his mistakes, or the back of the book to get the free pencil sharpener so he could be more accurate in future. Homer decided to go to the back of the book with Foxy.
On the journey, Foxy told Homer that he couldn't walk on non-colored pages, so Homer colored in as he went. Homer then found that Foxy was lying when he jumped to a non-colored part of the page to escape a collapsing bridge, with Foxy saying that he just didn't like to walk on non-colored pages. Homer and Foxy continued, with Homer coloring along the way, until they got to a dragon. The two of them escaped through the dragon's cave, with Homer turning the page on the dragon to escape it. They then continued through the book until they get to the sharpener. Homer then decided that he wanted the eraser too and Foxy told Homer that he could use the same trick he used on the dragon to get to the front of the book. Homer agreed to do so, but Foxy stayed behind.
As Homer and the Weasel King fought outside of the book, Foxy also escaped from the book and pushed the Weasel King off the table, defeating him. As Homer and Foxy celebrated, Homer started to disappear as he was waking up. When Homer woke up in the real world, he realized that he was really obsessed with the book and threw it away. The book fell open to a page where Foxy was sitting on the throne with the eraser and sharpener, and all the animals were bowing to him.
