Delbert Fornby is a landowner and artist in the Springfield Desert State Park.

History

When the Springfield Elementary School made a trip to the Springfield Desert State Park, Martin chased a butterfly and ended up at the Fornby's caravan. When Martin tried to interact with Delbert and his wife, he was yelled at and ordered to leave the property. Just after kicking Martin out, several black helicopters full of government agents arrived and landed in Delbert's land. One agent tried to give Delbert a $140,000 National Endowment for the Arts grant for his metal sculptures, but he refused and destroyed his sculptures with a shotgun.

Delbert was later seen with the other elderly people who wanted more MusBeNys at Hotenhoffer Pharmaceuticals.
