Shepard Fairey is an American artist and an undercover cop.

History

He, along with Ron English, Robbie Conal and Kenny Scharf congratulated Bart for his street art. He convinced Bart to make an art gallery and later showed up there, to tell Bart that he was an undercover cop and caught Bart for his graffiti.

He designed the Barack Obama "Hope" poster and the OBEY stickers.
