The Retirement Castle administrator is the man in charge of the Springfield Retirement Castle. He doesn't care about the seniors, only their money.
History
He read out names of various families who wished they could be with their elderly relatives on thanksgiving, this included Mrs. Spencer.[1]
When Bea Simmons passed away, the administrator tried to convince Abe Simpson to spend her inheritance on the retirement home (which he eventually does).[2]
He was seen (with brown hair) putting up a notice about Valentine's Day on the retirement castle bulletin board.[3]
