Panda-Zilla is a panda monster.
History
When Springfield Bear Patrol was going to destroy Hank Scorpio's panda academy, he let a panda drink nuclear material to get bigger and destroy them. Professor Frink rescued them with his De-nuclear-izer that turned Panda-Zilla into a normal panda.
