Xander's father is the father of Xander and three other kids.

History

He was in a café that Marge and Homer stopped in. He was playing peek-a-boo with Xander. Homer was fooled by his peek-a-boo, wandering where he was. Seeing him playing with his son made Homer want another kid after all.
