The unnamed Ukrainian mobster is a mobster who worked for Viktor. He was with Viktor while he checked his email and encouraged his boss to watch a MyTube video sent by his brother. This led to Viktor finding a video showing Wayne attacking Mr. Burns. The terrorist suggests Viktor give the video zero stars, but Viktor instead decides to go to Springfield to kill Wayne, as revenge for killing his loved ones. He was one of the people who grabbed Homer when he was being taken into the mobsters' car as he was being kidnapped.
