Colin was Lisa's boyfriend in The Simpsons Movie. In the movie he reveals that he and his family just moved to Springfield from Ireland and his father is a musician. However, his family is never seen.
Colin and Lisa first met coincidentally whilst trying to inform Springfieldians, in a door-to-door manner, of the pollution in Lake Springfield, with a Apple Tree to represent Adam and Eve.
Then they got separated from Homer's mistake where Colin tries to speak to Lisa while playing a song on the guitar through the glass of the dome.
When Lisa Returns to the dome Milhouse saids that he died, but then appears and they walk off together to get some Ice-cream while holding hands.
He has not appeared as a continuing character yet, although he appeared in a special opening sequence in an episode in Season 19.
Despite his father being an Irish musician and Humanitarian, he is not Bono.
He claims to be musically proficiant in many instruments including: piano, guitar, trumpet, drums & bass guitar.
