History
He arrives at the Kwik-E-Mart in Springfield to fire Apu after he sells Homer Simpson spoiled meat and fails to blame it on a "scapegoat or sacrificial lamb." After getting him to hand in his pricing guns, the Inspector stops Apu from killing himself by eating a tainted weiner. He and a female inspector later hold interviews for Apu's replacement, eventually selecting the actor James Woods for the post.
