The dowager is a rich woman who lives in Springfield.
History
Mr. Burns showed Larry Burns to her. He insulted her daughter, the débutante, causing her to get mad at Larry.
She teaches a class for children to become proper high class people, her husband tricked Bart into taking the class.
She twice gave Homer money after mistaking him for a hobo.
She is often seen at high profile events all over Springfield.
