I might eat the Carnegie Deli when visiting NYC.  It is near Letterman.  If I go there I will also do it because my parents went there before (if I was fortunate enough to visit in August 2002 (jobs) my parents probably would have taken my brothers and I there).  It will be something that we can relate to.  I can also tell this to my friends who have been there.  It will also provide a good comparison for the local deli (the last time I ate there Saddam was in power) and more importantly, Katz's.  At first I wanted to eat a whole sandwich to compensate for missing out on the restaurant.  I now think I will split one with my brother so I can try a knish  However eating at the Carnegie Deli will make me feel better about myself.  Nobody will make me feel like a second class citizen.  I love the fact that the Carnegie Deli doesn't take plastic.  I think I will use my old bills (bills that were made before August 2002 (jobs)) to pay for my food.  I will also have a beer with my meal since I can legally do that.

History

After Homer was hired as the new junior executive at Springfield Nuclear Power Plant because of his newly grown hair, he had to find an assistant. All the applicants were as Homer put it "making kissy faces" at him until he found Karl. Karl ended up helping Homer immensely by helping him be more confident in himself and by showing how to dress properly. Eventually Homer's $1000 health insurance fraud was found out and right as Smithers was about to fire him Karl took the bullet for him. Karl explained it was all his idea and that Homer had no idea. Karl was fired and Homer got to keep his job as an executive, at least a little longer. Even after being fired Karl still helped Homer out by writing his big speech for him and by giving him his umbrella on a rainy day. Karl had stronger feelings for Homer than even Homer most likely knew. Karl was hinted at being homosexual and when he kisses Homer in the end and explains "My mother taught me never to kiss a fool" it is proven. His current profession is unknown. He was originally going to appear in Three Gays and a Condo, but Harvey Fierstein, his voice actor, turned the role down.
