Kevin Spuckler is one of Cletus Spuckler and Brandine Del Roy's children.
History
When Cletus gave Marge 300 free pretzel tokens, he called out to his children, including Kevin, to tell them that they were have dinner that night.[1] According to Cletus, Kevin has a human face and a fish body.[2]
