Crazy Talk is the brother of the Casino manager and an employee at Caesar's Pow-Wow Casino.
History
The casino manager asked Bart to throw a prized item into the fire to see the vision of his future. Bart tossed in a firecracker, which immediately exploded, and the manager protested, "No firecrackers!" Bart countered that he had bought the firecracker on the reservation, to which the manager exasperatedly replied, "That's crazy talk!" Bart insisted it was true, and the manager explained, "That's my brother, Crazy Talk. We're all a little worried about him."
At the end of Bart's vision, there was an advertisement for the casino. When Bart complained about the ad, the manager said that Crazy had put the ad in, but he had stolen the idea from Dances with Focus Groups.
